In an era where rapid, disruptive and unrelenting change is common, we need more people to see themselves and serve as leaders.

These individuals learn and spread disciplines that promote social responsibility, compel mutual well-being, and offer numerous, compelling opportunities to belong.

FREE LEADERSHIP INC generates social capital in the individuals, groups and communities we serve in. Our aim is that together, we create a ripple effect throughout our communities where collaboration, diversity in civic engagement and friendship becomes the norm.

OUR KEY GOALS:

  • More individuals choose to be a servant leader in their community. This can look like someone who 1) intentionally befriends their neighbors 2) leads a non-professional social group 3) offers informal support or 4) volunteers in a formal way.

  • Communities and groups we operate in experience more social capital. This can look like people reporting that our services inspired them to pursue more prosocial interactions or work, enabled them to better support their own and others mental wellness, connected them to unknown resources or motivated enhanced group cohesion.

  • Individuals we interact with report improved trust or collaborative progress in their engagements or interactions.

What if someone believed in you, cheered you on, mindfully told you when you were playing small, helped you see what you don’t see more clearly, and was there when you didn’t believe in yourself?

How would that change things?

You’d probably feel more confident and capable of trying new things, being disciplined to adhere to higher standards, and more aware that we all are inter-connected.

What if you were the person who did that for others?

You’d probably feel more fulfilled and proud, inspired to embrace responsibility when you fall short of your own intentions and values, and more aware that you were powerful beyond measure.

THE SKILLS WE NEED OUR FRIENDS, MENTORS AND COACHES TO MASTER:

We are here to raise the expression of leadership qualities and the effectiveness of helping behaviors in people regardless of their social status.
Teachers, frontline or administrative support staff, wellness and hospitality providers, bartenders, barbers, stylists, fitness and nutrition trainers, Uber & Lyft drivers, non-profit staff, neighborhood advocates...
AND all those caregivers we fail to name here.

Our Mission

To foster social relationships that influence prosocial behavior, healthy life-style habits, and economic mobility.

Our intention behind all that we do is to generate more social capital in the physical communities that we live and work in, by positioning citizens to provide enhanced personal support to one another.

We Envision

communities exhibit a “3-2-1” culture. Each individual has at least 3 high quality friends, 2 high quality mentors, and 1 powerful coach that provide the necessary social capital to live an optimal life.
